With over 15 years in corporate management and consulting, combined with her 17 years in private practice as a psychotherapist and executive coach, Annie Kurz provides her clients options that identify strengths, liberate potential, and build influence.
About Annie
Her goal is to assist managers and executives achieve career success. She facilitates change with groups through her training in mediation and has taught Career Development and Counseling at the master’s level of a psychology degree program.
As an executive coach, her focus is on leadership development through goal development, planning and accountability. She is skilled in conflict resolution and strategic planning. She has coached managers and C-level executives from Microsoft, AWS, Boston Scientific, Boeing, Eddie Bauer, Seagen, and Washington State Community and Technical Colleges to name a few.
Annie is an avid outdoorswoman and traveler. She’s lived in Michigan, California, and Montana. She has been based in Seattle, Washington, with her husband and therapy dog for the last three decades.
