He holds an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Washington and B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Military Science.
Eduardo grew up in Brazil and lived in the U.K.; currently, he lives in Greater Seattle, where he loves running half-marathons, reading crime mystery novels, and enjoying a good glass of wine, always in the company of his wife Erica and Lucrecia, a stubborn English bulldog.
